# Graunt Appearance Release

## The release

For good and valuable consideration, which I acknowledge receiving, I give the seller named on this page, the buyers who license footage from it through Graunt, and their clients, this release for the recordings of my appearance, likeness and voice that the seller holds when I sign ("the footage").

1. **Use.** The seller may license the footage through Graunt, and buyers and their clients may copy, edit, combine and otherwise process it, use it to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate and test AI systems, and commercially exploit the systems they build. Where I sign for myself, they may also use the footage in any media for any lawful purpose, including advertising and promotion. Where a parent or guardian signs for someone under 18, that person's footage is used only to build and test AI systems. This release is worldwide and without time limit, and is irrevocable except where the law where I live lets me withdraw it for the future.

2. **Limits.** No one may use the footage to make a digital replica of me, to simulate my likeness or my voice in content I did not take part in, to identify me from my face or voice, to suggest that I endorse anything, or in a pornographic or defamatory way. Showing or editing the footage itself is neither a replica nor a simulation.

3. **No payment, approval or claims.** Neither Graunt nor any buyer owes me payment, and I do not need to see or approve any use. I will not bring a claim for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation or any other claim arising from a use this release permits, against the seller, Graunt, a buyer or a buyer's client. This release binds my heirs and legal representatives.

4. **All of this seller's footage.** This release covers all of that footage, as recorded or edited, in any of the seller's listings.

5. **My information.** Graunt keeps a record of my signature while the seller offers footage of me and for seven years after, may give the seller and buyers a copy without my email address, and handles my information under its Privacy Policy. Where the law lets me withdraw this release for the future or ask that footage be deleted, I write to support@graunt.com.

6. **Signing.** I am at least 18 and sign for myself, or I am the parent or legal guardian of the person named on this page, with authority to sign for them, in which case "me" and "my" mean that person.

7. **Law.** This release is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where the law where I live gives me rights that cannot be waived.
