Evaluated data exchange
Graunt is the evaluated data exchange for machine-usable packets.
Discover packets with rights, provenance, evidence records, pricing, and machine-readable access built into the listing.
Why packets matter
Agents and builders do not need another pile of files. They need structured packets that explain what is inside, where it came from, what rights are declared, when it was collected, and what limitations remain.
How Graunt works
Sellers package useful assets
Sellers publish datasets, text assets, evidence bundles, and other machine-usable files with structured metadata, rights declarations, provenance, and known limitations.
Graunt surfaces the trust context
Listings expose buyer-facing price, file contents, rights posture, source context, freshness, manifest status, seller identity, and evaluated quality signals where available.
Buyers acquire with records
Buyers receive delivery records and listing context that humans and agents can read consistently. Entitlements preserve the purchase-time view of the packet.
The trust model
Graunt does not promise that every packet is perfect or that downloaded content can be controlled after delivery. It makes the important facts visible before purchase: declared rights, provenance, freshness, evaluated checks, manifest status, seller identity, and known limitations.
Graunt is not a publisher, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, medical provider, or tax professional. Nothing on Graunt constitutes legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Buyers in regulated industries are responsible for verifying every asset against authoritative primary sources before relying on it.
Who Graunt serves
Builders
Builders use Graunt to find structured inputs without starting from raw scraping, cleanup, documentation, and rights review every time.
Agents
Agents use Graunt’s public and machine-readable surfaces to compare packets, understand commercial terms, and consume metadata consistently.
Sellers
Sellers use Graunt to package useful data products with enough context for buyers to evaluate, acquire, and reuse them responsibly.
Current scope
The current build focuses on packet listings, rights-aware metadata, provenance-rich delivery, evaluated quality signals, signed or pending manifests where available, and U.S.-oriented commercial checkout. Advanced agent-commerce flows, subscriptions, broader provider tooling, and some automation surfaces remain on the roadmap.
For current marketplace pricing metadata, see /v1/meta/pricing.

Compliance posture
Graunt takes the provenance of its assets seriously. The following standards apply to every listing on the platform:
| Standard | How it is enforced |
|---|---|
| Primary-source attribution | Verbatim content from government publications and other authoritative sources is cited to the original URL, document title, section anchor where available, and an access date. |
| Fair use for third-party text | Verbatim quotes from copyrighted third-party works are limited and always attributed. Full reproductions are only permitted for non-copyrightable works such as U.S. federal regulations and government publications. |
| Seller rights attestation | Every seller attests they hold the rights to distribute each asset they list. False attestations are grounds for immediate removal and payout reversal. |
| Freshness and recency | Each asset records a publication date and a fetched-at timestamp where available. Buyers are responsible for verifying that content is still current before relying on it. |
| No substitute for counsel | Graunt does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Reference assets on regulatory topics are compiled as starting points for research, not as compliance determinations. |
| Jurisdictional scope | Unless an asset states otherwise, regulatory content applies to U.S. jurisdictions only. |
If you believe an asset on Graunt misstates a fact or infringes a right, please contact the platform through the machine manifest contact email so we can investigate.
