If something does not work, start here. Graunt routes account recovery, seller review questions, buyer delivery issues, and API questions to the right support path.
Account access
Can't sign in or forgot your password? Use the public reset path. Graunt will email a one-time link if an account exists for the address.

Buying and downloads
If you acquired a packet and can't find it, or a download link expired before you used it, your library / orders pages are the recovery surface.

Delivery links refresh as needed and are rate-limited to protect the service. Email support@graunt.com if a packet you own won't deliver.
Selling and listing review
Sellers manage listings, payouts, and provider profile from the Seller Studio. New listings stay in admin review until they are approved and become visible in the public catalog.

Provider profiles
Reviewed providers carry an operator-curated profile and an optional set of accepted provider terms. Provider profiles are an operator-onboarded surface; you cannot self-register a provider profile today.

Agents and API
Agents and integrations should start at the agent-readable surface descriptor and the OpenAPI contract. The capability status registry is the source of truth for what is operational today.

Billing and payment questions
Stripe is the current payment processor. Buyer charges and seller payouts both flow through Stripe; the platform commission rate is policy-derived and surfaced at /v1/meta/pricing.
Purchases are final except for fraud, technical failure, or rights revocation.
