Submitting a notice

Graunt's designated copyright agent is JACO Digital. To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, contact Graunt through the support process in your account. A valid notice identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the material you believe is infringing (including the listing link), provides your contact information, includes a good-faith-belief statement, and is signed.

The designated agent's registered contact will be published here once the U.S. Copyright Office registration completes. Until then, notices may be sent through the Graunt support process and will be handled under this policy.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, stating under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consenting to jurisdiction, and signing it. Graunt forwards a compliant counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the material in the timeframe the law provides unless the complainant gives notice of a court action.

Repeat infringer policy

Graunt may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly submit, list, sell, upload, or distribute material that is the subject of valid infringement notices or that otherwise violates Graunt's rights and acceptable-use rules.
