Marketplace License

The Marketplace License is the license you receive as a buyer for the content in a packet you purchase on Graunt. The seller grants it to you at the time of sale; Graunt is not the licensor of seller content. This License works together with the Terms of Service. Graunt is currently available to users in the United States only.

What you receive

When your purchase completes you receive an entitlement that grants the access the listing describes — for example download, key access, or query access. The license to use that content is scoped strictly to the rights snapshot recorded with your entitlement: the rights, permissions, and restrictions captured at the moment of sale. You receive those rights and nothing more. If the listing does not grant a particular use, this License does not grant it. If anything described in general terms on this page conflicts with the specific rights snapshot recorded with your entitlement, the rights snapshot controls for your purchase.

Restrictions the listing may set

Your use must honor the per-listing restrictions recorded in your rights snapshot. Where a listing declares them, that includes restrictions such as no use for model training ("no-train"), no redistribution or resale of the content ("no-redistribute"), and a requirement to cite or attribute the source ("citation required"). These restrictions are part of your License; using the content outside them is a breach.

Not transferable

This License is personal to the buying account and is not transferable. You may not assign, sublicense, sell, lend, or otherwise transfer the License, the entitlement, or the access it grants to anyone else, except as the listing's recorded rights expressly allow. Access credentials and passes tied to your entitlement are yours to use within these terms and must not be shared.

Agents and automated use

You may use agents, scripts, applications, or tools to access purchased content, but only within your entitlement and the listing's rights snapshot. This License gives an agent no independent authority to purchase or to acquire access on its own; any purchase, access, or use made through your account, keys, passes, or agents is your responsibility and must follow your entitlement and these terms.

Tied to your entitlement; revocation

This License lasts as long as the entitlement it is attached to remains valid. It may be suspended or revoked if the underlying sale is reversed for a qualifying ground under the Refund policy (rights failure, fraud or unauthorized sale, or technical delivery failure), if the purchase is charged back, or if the seller's rights to the content fail or are revoked. If the License ends, your right to continue using the content ends with it.

No warranty of content

Content is provided by sellers. Graunt surfaces declared rights, provenance, and evaluation evidence, but does not warrant the factual accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of seller content beyond the evidence each listing declares. Seller warranties on content run from the seller to you under this License.

Changes and governing law

The standard form of this License may be updated for future sales; the License you received for a completed purchase is the version recorded with your entitlement at the time of sale. This License is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent your local non-waivable consumer, privacy, payment, or other statutory rights apply.
