This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the rules for using Graunt, a marketplace for source-backed, rights-aware, machine-usable data packets and access products. It applies to everyone who uses Graunt — buyers, sellers, and the agents and tools acting for them — and it forms part of the Terms of Service. Graunt is currently available to users in the United States only.

Rights and content

Do not upload, list, sell, or distribute material you do not hold the rights to. Do not infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights. Do not misrepresent the rights, provenance, license terms, or contents of a packet. Do not list unlawful content, content that exploits or endangers minors, or content whose distribution is prohibited by law.

Personal and sensitive data

Do not upload or sell personal data without a lawful basis and the rights to do so, and do not list sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers, financial-account numbers, precise health data, or credentials — in violation of law or another person's rights. Declare personal-data characteristics accurately so buyers can evaluate a packet before purchase.

Security and platform integrity

Do not upload malware or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security of Graunt or its users. Do not scrape, crawl, or use the marketplace or its APIs outside the access you actually hold, and do not exceed rate limits, evade access controls, or share credentials, API keys, or access passes. Do not put secrets in URLs. Do not interfere with marketplace evaluation, reviews, pricing, or other users' use of the Service.

Honest marketplace conduct

Do not manipulate listings, evaluations, reviews, or rankings; do not create deceptive or duplicate listings; and do not use Graunt to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Use of automated agents is welcome within the access you hold and these rules; it does not expand your rights or excuse a violation.

Enforcement

Graunt may remove or change the status of listings, restrict or revoke access, withhold or reverse payouts on affected sales, and suspend or close accounts to enforce this Policy — including on suspected infringement, fraud, or rights violations. Enforcement is a marketplace-policy action; it is not a legal determination, and it does not limit any other rights or remedies Graunt or affected parties may have. Repeat infringement is handled under our repeat-infringer policy.

Reporting a violation

If you believe a listing or account violates this Policy or your rights, contact support@graunt.com with the listing URL, the account or seller name if known, and a short description. When reporting, do not send secrets, credentials, passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. For intellectual-property notices, see our copyright and DMCA policy.

Changes and governing law

Graunt may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, surfaced in the product. Where an update requires renewed acceptance, Graunt may ask you to accept the updated Policy before your next gated marketplace action; continued use after a change otherwise means you accept the updated Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent your local non-waivable consumer, privacy, payment, or other statutory rights apply.
