Copyright / DMCA policy
Graunt accepts notices of claimed copyright infringement through its designated copyright agent. Graunt may remove or disable access to material, notify the affected account holder, process counter-notices where applicable, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Submitting a notice
Graunt's designated copyright agent is JACO Digital. Send a notice of claimed copyright infringement to the designated agent:
JACO Digital10990 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1025
Los Angeles, CA 90024
Phone: (310) 469-9800
Email: DMCANotice@jacodigital.com
A valid notice identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the material you believe is infringing (including the listing link), provides your contact information, includes a good-faith-belief statement, and is signed.
Graunt's designated agent is registered in the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory (Reg. #DMCA-1074253, filed June 15, 2026; renewal due June 15, 2029). The agent channel above is only for DMCA notices; for other matters, contact support@graunt.com.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, stating under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consenting to jurisdiction, and signing it. Graunt forwards a compliant counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the material in the timeframe the law provides unless the complainant gives notice of a court action.
Repeat infringer policy
Graunt may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly submit, list, sell, upload, or distribute material that is the subject of valid infringement notices or that otherwise violates Graunt's rights and acceptable-use rules. See the full Repeat Infringer Policy. Private storage is covered by these policies even though private items never appear in the public catalog, search, or agent surfaces.
